Story
Hi, I’m Jackie Cooper — the heart behind Driftless Compass.
I’m a proud Northeast Iowa girl with a passion for helping people grow, build, and step confidently into their next chapter. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone who loves creating, organizing, and bringing ideas to life — whether that meant planning events, building brands, designing content, or helping others find direction when they felt stuck.
Over the years, I found myself naturally drawn to work that makes an impact. I’ve spent my career supporting nonprofits, small businesses, and communities through marketing, fundraising, event coordination, and leadership. I’ve been part of projects that raised significant funds, strengthened local organizations, and created experiences that brought people together — and through it all, I discovered something important:
